When you have our Integrated Payment Processor, you can send Payment Links to your customers from Work Orders, Projects and Invoices.
On the Payments & Credits of a job, click on the “Select Action” dropdown and select “Create Payment Link”.
A window will open for you to send the Payment link to the client.
- Link Expiry Date: will be automatically populated, but can be adjusted.
- The Invoice dropdown will be visible when the payment is created from a Work Order or a Project. You can select an existing invoice if applicable or leave the field empty.
- Accounting: select the Deposit Account
- Amount: enter the amount to be paid
- Payment Description: this text will show to the client – enter a reference to identify the payment
- Email Template: templates can be created or adjusted by going to Admin>Settings>Email>Email Templates
- Select the recipients, PDF type, adjust the subject, and the body if needed and click on “Send”
The email recipients will receive an email with the payment link. When clicking on the link, clients will access the page to proceed with the payment:
On the Payments & Credits tab of a job, users can visualize the Online Payment log.
By clicking on the Edit button, you can update the payment link details, or re-send the email.
